I’m Tiffany McKinney, owner and lead designer of Pabloon Balloon Company, a Metro Detroit-based balloon décor company specializing in corporate events, brand activation, school celebrations, and polished private milestones.
With over 20 years in the balloon industry and certification as a Certified Balloon Artist (CBA), I bring structure, creativity and intention to every installation. My approach blends design expertise with seamless planning—so clients feel confident from the first inquiry through final installation.
